Each player is permitted to hold only one jiliaaaa account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

To access the full features of jiliaaaa, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on jiliaaaa. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jiliaaaa employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all Bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliaaaa login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiliaaaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiliaaaa immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jiliaaaa customer support. jiliaaaa reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
jiliaaaa supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
Deposits: All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. jiliaaaa does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. jiliaaaa aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. jiliaaaa reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Verification Requirements: jiliaaaa is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withholding of withdrawal funds.
Inactive Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jiliaaaa reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
All games available on jiliaaaa are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on jiliaaaa are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. jiliaaaa does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jiliaaaa reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. jiliaaaa will not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction. The decision of jiliaaaa's technical team regarding the outcome of a disputed game round is final.
Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jiliaaaa reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual Accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns.
Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules and the outcome recorded on jiliaaaa's servers. jiliaaaa's server records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and shall prevail in the event of any dispute.
jiliaaaa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jiliaaaa reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, or who are suspected of doing so, may be excluded from future promotions.
Bonus Abuse: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
Where jiliaaaa determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all Bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are separate from your Real Money Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, jiliaaaa reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliaaaa and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
jiliaaaa reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the jiliaaaa Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of jiliaaaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of jiliaaaa's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The jiliaaaa name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jiliaaaa and may not be used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliaaaa and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
jiliaaaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliaaaa does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliaaaa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
jiliaaaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiliaaaa will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers, solely to the extent necessary for the provision of their services.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, jiliaaaa will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.
jiliaaaa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, jiliaaaa will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jiliaaaa, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiliaaaa operates within the online gaming regulatory framework of the Philippines as overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that jiliaaaa has acted in breach of applicable regulations may raise a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
